On December 1st, 2018, the President of the Republic of Estonia announced the General elections to take place on March 3rd, 2019. There are three options for voting abroad: by mail, at the Embassy or online.
Voting in the Embassy in Madrid is possible on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 2PM to 5PM and on Wednesday, February 20th, 2019, from 1PM to 4PM.
If you want to vote by mail, a written request along with a copy of an identity document has to be sent to the Embassy by February 16th, 2019. The address of the Embassy is Calle Claudio Coello 91-1D, Madrid, 28006.
For voting online, make sure you have a valid ID-card, card reader and a computer. You can vote online at www.valimised.ee from 9AM on February 21st, 2019 to 6PM on February 27th, 2019.
